I highly recommend Raquel and the RS Event Co team! As a wedding vendor myself I appreciate the attention to detail, both leading up the wedding day, day of and after. Raquel went above and beyond making sure that not only the couple and guests had everything they needed but she also took care of the vendor team too. Raquel was always there before I even needed to ask and I appreciate her quick thinking and willingness to offer help for anything (including holding umbrellas!) I will continue to recommend Raquel to my future couples and hope to work alongside her again in the future!

We found RS Event Co. through a friend and are so glad we did! The Month-Of Coordination package offered us just what we wanted as we were looking for someone to handle the day of details to allow our family to enjoy the big day. And while Raquel did handle the smaller details, she also did so much more. From day one, she was professional, supportive and detail oriented, quickly becoming someone we could rely on and ask questions to. She made herself available for not only calls with vendors, but in-person meetings, ensuring our questions were heard and our vision was being brought to life.
On the day of the wedding, Raquel stuck the perfect balance of being supportive and discreet and after the event, I kept telling friends and family that I felt like everything went perfectly! I know that’s a testament to all the hard work Raquel put in to ensure my husband and I had the best day. She anticipated our needs before we had to ask and went above and beyond in areas that we didn’t even know we’d need until the big day (an example being driving guests from our reception to the parking lot in the venue’s golf cart). These feelings don’t just apply to myself and my husband as my parents have also expressed their gratitude for everything she did. We were all able to be present the entire day because of Raquel and that was truly a gift!

After seeing Raquel in action at my daughter's wedding last year, it was a no-brainer to request her services this year for a baby shower! She dove into the task with gusto, pulling together inspiration that helped us plan. Raquel met with us to understand our ideas and coordinated with the venue, florist, and caterers! Leaving no stone unturned, Raquel thought of everything. She created a floor plan that the venue had never utilized before, and it has become the new standard plan to establish a great flow for parties. She kept us on pace and put together fantastic decorations. Without a doubt, Raquel was the key to the shower's success. On the day of the shower, she arrived early and made sure everything was set up. Throughout the party, she made sure the food and drink tables were replenished and then quickly and efficiently cleaned up once we were done. We'll definitely be using her again in the future.

Hiring Raquel was by far the best wedding planning decision we made. We chose her month-of package for our October wedding after attending a wedding she coordinated in June and she seamlessly incorporated herself into our process as we finalized everything with all of our vendors and was instrumental in the weekend itself going off without a hitch. She served as a sounding board and expert opinion throughout the end stages of the planning process, took on the tasks that I was dreading handling myself (timeline creation, to name one!), and asked thoughtful questions that hadn’t even occurred to me. If there was an issue, I felt confident going into the wedding day that Raquel would be able to resolve it, and she didn’t disappoint! From alcohol snafus to the threat of rain, from picture-dirty shoes to an unraveling bowtie, she tackled it all without batting an eye so that we could enjoy our day. Our wedding wouldn’t have een what it was without her and we’ll always be grateful to her for helping make our dreams come true!

I worked with Raquel for a wedding on 9/30/23! I was the DJ for the wedding and Raquel was the event planner! From the first discussions I had with her I could see how professional, organized, and friendly she was! On the day of the wedding we worked together seamlessly to create an awesome experience for our couple! Raquel was absolutely amazing and gave me such peace of mind on the day of my wedding. She handled all of the cocktail hour setup while overseeing the reception set up. She was the point of contact the day of for all my vendors and made sure everything went smoothly. She was so communicative and had an incredible attention to detail on everything from the initial meetings we had, to the follow up meetings with all of my vendors, and the few days prior to my wedding. During the planning process she had so many unique and creative ideas to help make my visions come true. During my wedding day we had a small issue and immediately Raquel was on it! Raquel saved the whole damn thing . . .on multiple occasions. I lost track of the number of times that someone would ask me a question to which I would respond, "I'm not sure, but Raquel will know" and she always did. Raquel managed our complicated bus shuttle schedule, multiple hotels and venues, grocery shopping, many vendors and so much more. She had a sense for when we needed help with something and, equally important, when we needed a break. Everything that she did over our entire wedding weekend was done with the sole purpose of making our wedding as much fun as possible for both us and our guests. Raquel's presence during our wedding weekend made everything calmer and smoother. She basically read our minds and anticipated our needs. I knew that any issue that arose would be dealt with quickly and our guests wouldn't even notice that there was a snag in the plans. Raquel kept us in good spirits when it was clear it would rain all day. She was meticulously organized and went above and beyond in the days leading up to the wedding, confirming with each vendor. I don't know what we would have done without her. I cannot recommend her services enough!

Raquel has such an eye for events and is attentive to absolutely anything you need! When I got married in September 2021, she was at my parents house first thing in the morning to help bring decor items to the venue, no questions asked! She even checked into our hotel for us after our ceremony so that we didn’t have to worry about getting our luggage after our reception! She goes above and beyond for her clients and we are so thankful to have had her that day. If you have the opportunity to work with RS Event Co. you will always be pleased!
